An observed inability in the Wyoming Legislature for lawmakers to work out their differences and focus on the issue at hand is what motivated Rob Geringer, a Cheyenne business owner, to run for House District 42. Geringer, son of former lawmaker and Wyoming Gov. Jim Geringer, said he’s noticed “a lack of decorum and common courtesy” in the last few legislative sessions.
